Aegis One Protection Inc. exists to deliver protective work as a discipline. We are deliberate about how we are organized, who we hire, how we operate, and where we sit within a broader family of firms.

Corporate Background
Aegis One Protection Inc. is a private security agency incorporated in Ontario, Canada, headquartered in Toronto, and licensed to deliver protective services under the Ontario Private Security and Investigative Services Act. Our work covers Canada and, on engagement, international assignments delivered in coordination with locally licensed and authorized counterparts.
The firm was established to provide a structured alternative to the commodity end of the protective services market: a licensed agency operating to documented standards, with a clear chain of authority, defensible insurance posture, and an explicit ethical framework.
Aegis One does not market itself as a tactical consultancy or a personality-driven boutique. We operate as a small, disciplined, professional firm and prefer to be measured by the standards we hold, the engagements we run, and the documentation we leave behind.
Section 02
Operating Philosophy
- Assessment first. Coverage decisions follow a documented threat picture. We will recommend less coverage where the picture justifies it.
- Documented operations. Post orders, communications plans, contingency plans, and authorities are written before deployment, not improvised under stress.
- Discreet by default. Engagement details are confidential. Public visibility of personnel is held to the minimum the threat picture requires.
- Inside the law. Personnel operate within Canadian law and the law of the host jurisdiction. We do not run engagements that require operating outside that framework.
- Honest about scope. If a requirement is outside our capability or our risk appetite, we will say so and refer.

Leadership
Aegis One is led by a small group of principals with backgrounds in protective operations, military service, and law enforcement. Detailed biographies are provided as part of engagement intake or on request under appropriate confidentiality arrangements.

Responsible for engagement design, deployment oversight, and after-action discipline. Background in protective operations and military service.
Standards
Director, Standards & Compliance
Responsible for licensing, vetting, training currency, and conduct framework. Background in regulated protective services.
Engagement
Director, Client Engagement
First point of contact for new engagements; responsible for intake, scoping, and client relationship through delivery and after-action.
Roles described above. Named principals provided to qualified prospective clients under appropriate confidentiality arrangements at intake.
Section 04
Team Composition
Personnel are drawn from special operations, military, and law enforcement backgrounds and operate under defined standards of conduct. Prior service is the baseline for consideration; current judgment, current fitness, and demonstrated protective-services experience determine assignability.
Personnel are individually licensed under the Ontario PSISA, vetted on a documented cycle, and held to documented training and continuing-fitness standards. Detail on the vetting and training framework is on the Standards page.
Team size is deliberately small relative to the engagements we run. We staff for quality of fit to the principal and the environment, not for breadth of footprint.

Direct via Aegis One

If your requirement spans more than protective services—sourcing, supply, broader risk advisory, applied AI, integrated program management—engage Fortbridge Group. Aegis One delivers the protective component; the group holds the program-level relationship under a single accountable lead.
