Capabilities
Three lines of work, each scoped to the engagement.
Capabilities are documented at the service level so a prospective client can see what is in scope, when each service applies, what is delivered, and where the boundaries are.
Pillar 01
Close Protection
Protective coverage of a principal across daily life, transit, and event-specific contexts. Engagement shape is decided after assessment—single-officer, two-person, or detail-scale, low-profile by default and overt only where the threat picture or environment requires it.
01.1
Executive Protection
For C-suite, board, and other public-figure executives whose schedules carry recurring exposure.
When it applies
Sustained or event-driven coverage where the principal’s role, public visibility, or current threat indicators warrant a protective presence.
Deliverables
Assigned protective officer or detail; advance work; route and venue planning; secure ground transport coordination; daily reporting.
Boundaries
Not a deterrent prop. Where assessment indicates a protective officer is not warranted, we will say so and propose alternative measures.
01.2
Family Office Principals
For HNW principals, family members, and household-coordinated coverage.
When it applies
Where a principal’s personal, family, or wealth profile creates a sustained protective requirement, often coordinated across multiple residences and travel patterns.
Deliverables
Standing or on-demand protective coverage; coordination with household staff and existing security infrastructure; documented contingency planning for principals and dependents.
Boundaries
We integrate with existing household and family-office governance rather than replace it. Decision authority and reporting lines are defined at intake.
01.3
Visiting Principals & Speakers
For inbound diplomats, public officials, public-figure speakers, and visiting executives.
When it applies
Visit-specific coverage in Canada or in coordination with host-country counterparts internationally.
Deliverables
Itinerary review and advance work; airport meet-and-greet; secure ground transport; venue protective coverage; coordination with host security and local law enforcement.
Boundaries
We coordinate with, not displace, the principal’s permanent protective arrangements. Roles, authorities, and points of contact are documented before arrival.
01.4
Travel & Journey Coverage
Protective coverage tied to a defined trip or itinerary.
When it applies
Domestic or international travel into environments where the principal’s normal arrangements are insufficient or unavailable.
Deliverables
Trip risk brief; route and accommodation review; assigned protective officer or detail for the duration; secure transport coordination; daily situation reporting.
Boundaries
Operates within the broader Journey & Travel Risk Management discipline (see Pillar 03). Either may be engaged independently.
01.5
Event Coverage
Single- or multi-day protective coverage tied to a specific event or convening.
When it applies
Conferences, private gatherings, off-site convenings, and one-off appearances where the principal or organization needs coverage scoped to the event window.
Deliverables
Pre-event venue and route assessment; protective officer or detail; coordination with venue staff and other security providers; post-event after-action.
Boundaries
Event coverage is a finite engagement. Where ongoing coverage is appropriate, we will say so and propose terms separately.
Pillar 02
Residential & Site Coverage
Standing protective coverage of physical environments—estates, residences, corporate facilities, and sensitive sites. Designed around the property, the principal, and the threat picture, with documented post orders and a defined escalation framework.
02.1
Residential & Estate Coverage
Standing coverage of private residences, family compounds, and estates.
When it applies
Where a principal’s residential setting requires sustained protective presence, either continuous or in defined windows (overnight, while-away, around-event).
Deliverables
Site survey; written post orders; assigned residential officers; coordination with household staff and existing physical security; documented incident protocol; periodic review.
Boundaries
We work within the property’s established household and security governance. Where physical security infrastructure is deficient, we report that and propose remediation rather than mask the gap with personnel.
02.2
Facility & Site Coverage
Coverage of corporate facilities, project sites, and sensitive locations.
When it applies
For corporate facilities, project sites, sensitive sites, or temporary locations whose threat picture justifies dedicated protective coverage rather than generic guarding.
Deliverables
Site survey and risk picture; documented post orders and access protocol; assigned personnel; coordination with facility management, IT/physical security, and emergency services as appropriate.
Boundaries
This is not commodity guarding. Where the requirement is volume-based reception or low-risk access control, a different provider is the appropriate solution and we will say so.
Pillar 03
Advisory & Risk
Structured analysis and planning that may or may not require deployed personnel. These services frame and shape the protective work—and in some engagements they are the entire deliverable.
03.1
Threat & Vulnerability Assessment
Structured assessment of the threat picture against the principal, organization, residence, or facility.
When it applies
At the start of most engagements, and as a standalone deliverable when a principal or organization needs an independent view of the threat picture before deciding on protective measures.
Deliverables
Documented threat picture; vulnerability findings against people, property, processes, and information; prioritized recommendations; verbal briefing.
Boundaries
An assessment is an honest read of the picture, not a sales document. If recommendations point to measures we do not deliver, we will say so and refer.
03.2
Journey & Travel Risk Management
End-to-end management of trip risk for principals, executives, and small organizational delegations.
When it applies
For travel into elevated-risk jurisdictions, travel that involves recognizable principals, or repeated travel patterns that warrant a documented standing approach.
Deliverables
Trip risk brief; route and accommodation review; communications and check-in plan; in-country coordination; assigned travel-risk advisor or in-trip protective coverage where indicated.
Boundaries
Journey management may or may not include deployed protective personnel; the deliverable is decided by the assessment, not the booking model.
03.3
Pre-Arranged Personnel Relocation
Contingency planning and execution for the structured relocation of a principal or personnel from a deteriorating environment.
When it applies
For organizations or principals whose operations or presence may need to be wound down or relocated rapidly under defined trigger conditions. The plan exists before the conditions arise.
Deliverables
Documented contingency plan; defined trigger thresholds and escalation paths; communications protocol; coordination with travel, immigration, and host-country counterparts; rehearsed execution where appropriate.
Boundaries
This is a planning and structured-execution discipline, conducted within the legal framework of all jurisdictions involved. It is not a shorthand for kinetic extraction.
03.4
Protective Advisory & Training
Engagements where the deliverable is structured advice, capability review, or skills development rather than deployed coverage.
When it applies
For organizations building or reviewing an internal protective capability; for households or principals seeking targeted preparedness training; for security teams seeking an external review of standing arrangements.
Deliverables
Capability review documents; recommended operating standards and post orders; targeted training programs (situational awareness, journey discipline, residential preparedness); written findings.
Boundaries
Training engagements are scoped to defined learning outcomes and audiences, not open-ended courseware.
Next
Bring a requirement and we will scope it before we propose it.
Capabilities are described above so you can match them to your situation. The actual engagement starts with a confidential brief and a structured assessment.
